The I AM Story

I AM Education was born from a simple yet powerful idea: to create a space where educators and parents could connect meaningfully with children, fostering growth from the inside out.

Inspired by the Montessori philosophy, I AM Education began in an intimate setting with Rebecca offering parent classes and small workshops designed to inspire educators and parents. The goal was not only to educate children but to provide them with a space where they could be truly seen, heard and understood.

In 2016, this vision expanded with the founding of The Hills Montessori, offering the perfect opportunity to grow our community of mindful educators and engaged parents. In 2019, Greenheart Montessori opened its doors and Jason led its growth, implementing I AM Education as a core element of its philosophy, further embedding our unique approach into a new community of educators and families.

In 2024, Rebecca and Jason officially joined forces, combining their expertise to bring I AM Education to the broader world of education and parenting. Rebecca, known for entrepreneurial mind and ability to transform the lives of those around her and Jason, with his experience in Child Development and Leadership, created a platform that empowers both educators and parents to connect deeply with children.

Today, I AM Education offers a comprehensive suite of services, including 1-on-1 Coaching, Workshops, Online Courses, Professional Speaking, Centre Management and a host of Digital Resources. We are a central hub dedicated to helping children thrive by providing educators and parents with the tools and guidance they need.

As we look to the future, our focus remains on expanding our reach, innovating within Early Childhood Education, and fostering a culture rooted in deeper understanding and connection.
