Ask I AM – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to access Ask I AM. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2. Payments & Refunds
All payments must be made in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.
Pricing is listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
7-Day Guest Pass is free and expires automatically after 7 days.
Monthly and Annual subscriptions are billed via Stripe.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by stopping future payments.
No refunds will be issued for change of mind or non-use.
3. Cancellations
Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time before their next billing date to avoid renewal.
Annual subscribers are committed for the 12-month period once payment is received.
Access is revoked if a payment fails or is cancelled without prior notice.
4. Inclusions
Your subscription includes access to:
Coaching Mode, Behaviour Mode, Planning Mode, and Journal Mode
Session logs, streaks, I AM badges, and personal reflection history
AI-generated planning and behaviour guidance tools
These inclusions are subject to change or improvement over time.
5. Use of Services
Ask I AM is an AI-powered reflection and planning support tool designed for educators.
It is not a substitute for clinical, psychological, legal, or leadership advice.
You agree to use Ask I AM as a support aid — not a definitive source of decision-making.
6. Code of Conduct
Users must engage respectfully and ethically within the platform.
Misuse of the service or input of offensive content may result in account removal.
You agree not to share your access code or content generated for personal use with others outside your organisation.
7. Intellectual Property
All Ask I AM content, flows, and mode structures are the intellectual property of I Am Education.
You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any part of Ask I AM without written consent.
8. Data Privacy
No identifying child or family data should be entered into the platform.
Ask I AM does not store your input data; sessions are ephemeral unless otherwise logged in your own browser or system.
You may receive communication related to your access, renewal, or feedback. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, I Am Education shall not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from use or misuse of the Ask I AM tool.
You agree to indemnify I Am Education against any claims or disputes arising from your use of the tool.
